Thatcher Associates is a professional, technical and managerial search firm, right through to senior appointments. The partner programme is how we grow: our partners run desks in healthcare and nursing, education, technology and resort engineering, alongside the founder's own in construction, across the UK, Europe, the United States and beyond. The fields we don't yet cover are exactly the ones we most want partners to bring.

You take and qualify briefs, source and engage candidates, run the process end to end and close. We provide the technology, the market intelligence, the brand and the operational support, so you focus on the work that pays.

Review and sign the agreement

A clear Self-Employment Agreement, designed to protect your independence.

Plain English, no tie-ins that trap you. It sets out your fee share, the funded foundation months while the desk gets going, and the principle that your clients, candidates and niche stay yours. You remain self-employed and in control. We are the platform underneath you, not your boss.

We build and wire your desk

Months one and two, we set the foundation, systems, account list, candidate pool and presence all go in.

This is the machine, and it is more than a login. We confirm your ICP, then build your client database with AI and load it into Recruiterflow as your single source of truth. A sourcing waterfall (AI-Ark, Apollo, Prospeo, LeadMagic, FullEnrich, LinkedIn Recruiter) enriches and verifies contacts. Tree Accountancy, our chartered accountants, raise the invoice, log the placement and chase any late payers, so credit control stays off your plate. You take 60% of the placement, with no caps, paid to you as soon as the client settles. And the desk keeps compounding: the same systems and cadences, the market map, the radars, the monthly outreach, keep working your niche, so month on month your pipeline, your reputation and your repeat business only deepen.
